Birthdays

P.S 86K celebration policy is limited due to our priority in ensuring our students receive all the instructional time needed.   If you request a birthday celebration for your child please note the following:

 

• Request permission with classroom teacher at least 2 days before, this request is not guaranteeing approval.
• The celebration time can only be granted from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
• Siblings from other classrooms are not allowed to be called out of their class to attend the celebration.
• No more than 2 family members will be permitted to attend the celebration in the classroom.
• All snacks given to the students are peanut-free.  Please consult with your child's teacher if you want to send any food-related items to school.
